Christmas Ordering 2025:
We are a small team and due to the current volume of orders (thankyou), please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched.
We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver your parcels as they are, in our experience, the most reliable, and we work to their guidelines in terms of last shipping date for delivery before Christmas. But nothing in life is guaranteed, and very occasionally weather, human error or tech issues will intervene with the delivery service and cause an issue. We want all our customers to have a stress-free pre-Christmas, so please order early to allow for any last minute delays that are outside of our control.
Standard Delivery:
We advise customers to order by midday Thursday 18th December for anticipated delivery pre-Christmas.
We send on a Tracked 48 service with a 3-5 working day delivery time from despatch, and the official last collection date on this service from Royal Mail is Friday 19th December
Express Delivery:
We advise customers to order by midnight Sunday 21st December for anticipated delivery pre-Christmas.
Our Express service is via DPD, and we estimate 1-2 working days delivery time from despatch. The last official collection date on this service from DPD is Tuesday 23rd December
Orders up to £40:
Standard Shipping: £3.50 - Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3-5 working days from despatch.
Express via DPD: £8.50 - 1-2 working days from despatch.*
Orders over £40:
Standard Shipping: Free - Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3-5 working days from despatch.
Express via DPD: £8.50 - 1-2 working days from despatch*
*Excludes 'Highlands/ Islands' & specific postcodes - we will get in touch if you choose this option and the shipping address is in the relevant area as there will be a surcharge to pay.
Any orders placed after Friday 19th December will not be sent until w/c 5th Jan 2026. However 'local pick up' will be an option until Monday 22nd December.
Local Pick Up/ Click & Collect:
You can pick up your order from our North St shop in Chichester during our open hours. Simply choose ‘local pick up’ under the shipping options during checkout and you will receive a notification when your order is ready to be collected.

Click and Collect from our Chichester shop will be available until Monday 22nd December.
Opening hours:
We will be open 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am-4pm Sunday until the 24th December, when we will be closing at 3.00 pm. We will then be closed until Saturday 3rd January.
