Christmas Ordering 2023:

Standard Delivery:

We advise customers to order by midday Monday 18th December for anticipated delivery pre-Christmas. 

We send on a Tracked 48 service with a 3-5 day delivery time and this is the official last posting date on this service from Royal Mail.

Express Delivery:

We advise customers to order by 10am Tuesday 19th December for anticipated delivery pre-Christmas. 

Our Express service is via DPD, and we estimate 1-2 days delivery time.

We will continue to dispatch until Thursday 21st December but cannot guarantee orders will arrive pre-Christmas.

We are dispatching orders within 1-2 days (excluding made to order items such as cushions and lampshades).

Orders up to £50:

Lightweight orders / Greetings cards: £2.95 Second Class 

Standard Shipping: £3.50 - Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3-5 working days, 

Express via DPD: £7.50 - 2-3 working days*

Orders over £50:

Standard Shipping: Free - Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3-5 working days,

Express via DPD: £7.50 - 2-3 working days*

Orders over £100:

DPD: Free - 2-3 working days.*

*Excludes 'Highlands/ Islands' & specific postcodes - we will get in touch if you choose this option and the shipping address is in the relevant area as there will be a surcharge to pay.

Any orders placed after Thursday 21st December will not be sent until w/c 1st Jan 2023. However 'local pick up' will be an option until  Friday 22nd December.

Local Pick Up/ Click & Collect:

You can pick up your order from our North St shop in Chichester during our open hours. Simply choose ‘local pick up’ under the shipping options during checkout and you will receive a notification when your order is ready to be collected.

Click and Collect from our Chichester shop will be available until  Friday 22nd December.

Opening hours:

We will be open regular hours until the 24th December, when we be be closing at 3.00 pm.  We will then be closed until Wednesday 3rd January.
