Essential Oil Blending Workshop with Nic from Pure Cariad - Sat 10th May

This workshop is a great introduction to using and blending essential oils. Nic will cover the benefits, a few safety tips and how to begin to blend with an ailment or particular aroma or feeling in mind.

Then it is very much hands on, experimenting and layering oils to create a simple 2-3 oil blend which you can use to create a roll on and then another to create a witch hazel spritzer for you to take home.

All natural ingredients are used and you can also create notecards of recipes to recreate at home when they’re empty.

• Workshop starts at 11am and runs for approximately 1.5-2 hours
• No experience required.

Workshop takes place at our studio: 2a Crane St in Chichester, just round the corner from our shop. Wheelchair accessible.
