Workshop bookings

We understand that plans can change. In the event that you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible by email to shop@wintersmoon.co.uk.

• If your request to cancel is made more than 7 days before the start of the workshop we will provide a gift voucher for the value of the booking. Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the start of a workshop will not be eligible for a voucher unless we are able to fill the space.
• You may transfer your place to someone else - please advise us of their name and contact details in advance.
• In the unlikely event we have to cancel the course we will give as much notice as possible and a full refund. Winter's Moon accepts no liability for any costs such as travel related to the cancellation.
• Courses are open to participants aged 16 and over.
