The ever classic Chocolate Sardines guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Simón Coll is a family business based in Catalonia that has been in the chocolatier game since 1840, so you know they are going to be delicious. They’ve fashioned cute little fish-shaped chocolates, wrapped them in shiny aluminium foil and tucked them neatly into a cardboard box that looks exactly like a tin of sardines. Obviously there’s actually nothing fishy about the chocolate at all; it’s rich, smooth and creamy with a lingering vanilla note.
