Single Variety Co use Lemon Drop Chillies for this unique chilli jam. They're a fresh and fiery chilli that have a lemony flavour, hand prepped in the jam factory before cpmbined with apple cider vinegar and sugar to make this super hot chilli jam.
It's great with everything, but we love it especially as a marinade for prawns or chicken.
