Dark chocolate chips and peppermint give this handmade shortbread a fresh, evolving flavour. The mint hits first, with a rounder chocolate flavour following close behind.

Baked in small batches in Edinburgh, it is shortbread at its simplest - just the way it should be.

Ingredients: Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, Thiamin), Butter (30%) (Milk, Salt), Sugar, Chocolate (9%) (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin), Ground Rice, Black Mitcham Peppermint Oil. Chocolate contains cocoa solids 52% minimum.
Typical values per 100g: Energy 2250kJ/538kcal; Fat 29.5g, of which saturates 20.1g; Carbohydrate 61.7g, of which sugars 20.6g; Protein 5.8g; Salt 0.61g.
