100 Days until the Big C…

We can’t quite believe it but the 100 day countdown begins now. Just imagine us whispering the word Christmas throughout this post because we don’t really want to start thinking about it but doesn’t it have a way of sneaking up on us?!

The evenings are starting to draw in and despite the current temperatures there is a slight Autumnal nip in the air. Soon the leaves will start turning and the shades of gold and brown will start to take over, we’re rather fond of this season. Crunching leaves, hot chocolates and woolly jumpers, not too shabby.

Have you started to think about the festive season yet? With everything that this year has thrown at us, we believe that people will start thinking about it sooner to avoid the rush and crush that December can bring. Whether or not we want to, we have already started to prepare for Christmas so we can make sure we can offer the best service to you, our lovely customers. Which leads us on to ask: What do you want to see from you High Street in the lead up to Christmas? We hope we can still enjoy the lights and festive spirit whilst keeping everyone as safe as possible. In the shop, we’ll be looking into extending our opening hours and maximising on our click and collect option. There will be lots of festive bits and bobs as well to enjoy but the practical stuff comes first. Little things that will make the world of difference over the next few months.

But let’s leave it there for now, let’s enjoy the current sunshine and Indian summer that has swept in this September but know we are busy squirrelling away in the background to make life as easy as possible for you come Christmas.
