Learn how to create beautiful brush pen calligraphy with Laura, to elevate your cards and gift tags this Christmas.

Using carefully designed traceable calligraphy templates you will start with creating basic strokes & letter shapes, you then move onto creating Christmas words and phrases, all whilst exploring a variety of brush pens and metallic brush pens.

Using a wide selection of inspiring Christmas templates and some other little arty techniques, you then have the skills to create your own calligraphy Christmas cards and gift tags. 

At the end of the workshop you will have the cards and gift tags that you have created, plus all the calligraphy templates, so that you can continue creating calligraphy at home. You don't need neat handwriting or any previous art experience.

  • Workshop starts at 10.30am and runs for approximately 2 hours

About Laura

'Sharing the calligraphy love' is at the heart of everything Laura does. After a number of years creating wedding calligraphy, she now teaches modern calligraphy and enjoys sharing her passion for this beautiful art. Originally, Laura studied and subsequently taught traditional calligraphy. These days she enjoys manipulating the traditional letter shapes into fun, modern calligraphy styles.
